Press Play underneath the animated lights, then the Play Game button on the left side of the screen. The next screen will explain that your mission is to kill the Mafia Boss who’s responsible for plunging the city into turmoil. You can launch all of the action this game has to offer by pressing the blue Start Game button at the top of the screen.
You will begin the game by using the up arrow to drive your police car. As you drive up the street, a van will suddenly get in your way and begin shooting at you. Use your mouse to aim the gun on your car at the van, and then fire at it by pressing the spacebar. You will continue doing this to take out the enemies you encounter as you continue driving.
